Complimentary Parking

To ensure your visit is seamless and relaxing from start to finish, we are pleased to offer all guests complimentary underground parking directly within our building.

How to Access & Claim

The Entrance:

The underground parking entrance is conveniently located at the rear of the building.

The Process:

Please purchase a physical ticket from the machine inside the garage and bring it with you to our reception.

Reimbursement:

We provide a cash reimbursement for the full duration of your treatment plus an additional 30 minutes to allow for a relaxed transition.

Important Note: To receive reimbursement, you must provide a physical ticket from the machine. We are unable to accept online or mobile receipts at the front desk.

Public Transit

For those arriving by transit, Umi Japanese Spa is conveniently located along major routes, allowing for a straightforward and gentle arrival.

Via the 9 Broadway Line:

The bus stop is located directly in front of our building for those traveling eastbound (from UBC). For those traveling westbound (from Commercial-Broadway or Broadway-City Hall), the stop is located just across the street.

Via the 10 Granville or 16 Arbutus Lines:

We are located less than a 10-minute walk from the Granville Street transit corridor, offering a pleasant stroll to our doors.
